Rachna joined Robertson O’Gorman as a law clerk in 2019. She achieved a Bachelor of Laws with Honours and a Bachelor of Arts majoring in Political Science. She is admitted as a solicitor in the Supreme Court of Queensland.
Rachna previously worked as an Associate in the Supreme Court of Queensland.
Rachna is passionate about access to justice and human rights. She has volunteered at community legal centres and for not-for-profit organisations, notably for Queensland Advocacy Incorporated in assisting with a submission to the Disability Royal Commission. Rachna is also a member of the Queensland Law Society Human Rights and Public Law Committee.
Rachna works closely with all the senior lawyers within the firm. She understands how intimidating the criminal justice system can be, so she strives to be an empathetic and hard-working lawyer.
